Cancellation Policy
We respectfully ask that appointments be cancelled 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of 50% of services booked will be charged. When an appointment is cancelled within 24 hrs or less. When an appointment is canceled the day of, or no-call/no-show, 100% of services booked will be charged to the card on file. We understand that things happen, but we are a small business and we need 48 hours to fill your reserved spot.
